Lee is the Chairman of Calder Group and the Managing Partner of ArmaVir Partners. Lee has a BSE from Wharton (Joseph Wharton Scholar, magna cum laude) and a JD from Columbia (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). Throughout his career, Lee has served on a number of corporate and non-profit boards of directors, and currently serves as a director of NJOY Holdings, Inc.
