We are committed to responsible environmental management. All our lead manufacturing facilities operate under IPPC Licences (or their local equivalent) and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
Recycling
We use recycled material, and we are committed to manufacturing 100% of our lead sheet from recycled lead.
Product Safety
We take steps to ensure our products are used correctly in appropriate applications.

It is our responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, and to ensure that safe operating procedures are followed at all times.
Training and Employee Development
We are committed to the personal development of our employees. We recruit and train apprentices; we offer appropriate training to all employees; and we prefer internal promotion to external recruitment whenever possible.
